How it works

Step 1
Connect your tools
An admin connects your organization's Google Workspace and Slack. BeatMetrix reads calendar events to know when meetings happen and who attended.
Step 2
Surveys send themselves
When a meeting ends, attendees get a short CSAT survey as a Slack direct message - a quick rating and optional comment, answered without leaving Slack.
Step 3
See what's working
Dashboards show ratings, sentiment, and trends across meetings and recurring series, so you can fix the meetings that aren't earning their time slot.

Your data

BeatMetrix uses read-only access to your organization's Google Workspace, granted by an admin: calendar events (titles, times, and attendees) to know when to send surveys and power meeting analytics, and the workspace directory (names and email addresses) to build your team page and match survey recipients.
